At How Good, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we hope you love everything you buy from us, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read the policy below carefully, as it outlines how returns are handled for purchases made directly through the How Good website only. This policy does not apply to purchases made via partner or third-party websites.

Returns Eligibility

  1. Full-priced physical products may be returned if requested within 7 days of delivery.Returns for a change of mind are accepted provided the item is:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging where possible
  2. Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Store credit or exchange may be offered at our discretion.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  1. If you receive a physical product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
  2. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the issue and product availability.
  3. Faulty item claims must be lodged within 30 days of delivery.

Digital Products

  1. Due to the nature of digital products (including downloadable files, digital books, or guides), all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.
  2. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us and we’ll assist promptly.

Return Authorisation (RA)

  1. All returns require an approved Return Authorisation (RA).
  2. To request an RA, please email us with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Process (Physical Products)

  1. Contact us to request return approval and receive an RA.
  2. Once approved, securely package the item and include the RA details.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  4. We recommend using tracked postage, as How Good cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
6.

Refunds

  1. Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  3. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
